๐ Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Emlaktron, contact: support@emlaktron.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail) of your decision.
โ ๏ธ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- You have expressly consented that the service begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period
- You have confirmed that you know that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance
- We have sent you a confirmation on a durable medium (e-mail)
โ ๏ธ Important: After the first use of our translation services, your statutory right of withdrawal expires. You can still request a voluntary refund โ this is a goodwill gesture and not a legal obligation.
